We are based in Alberta, Canada and we currently ship in Canada and the US. Free local pickup is also available in Edmonton at our Shop Makers shelf in Southgate Mall.

It's hard to estimate how much shipping will be as the price varies depending on the size of the order. However, expect a range of $5 to $15 CAD.

Please note, any shipments going to the USA may be subject to delays on top of fees, duties and tariffs due to the current American administration.

We send all our stickers via lettermail with NO TRACKING unless you upgrade your shipping method. Packages are sent via ChitChats with tracking included.

Orders are processed within 7 business days unless stated otherwise on our social media sites/on our shop announcement.

Estimated Delivery Times (from the date of shipment):

  • Canada: 4-6 business days
  • USA: 4-8 business days

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control. As a result, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates.

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible using the contact form below. We’ll do our best to process your cancellation and issue a refund before your order is shipped. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.

As a small business, each of our products is handmade with care and assembled to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us with your Order # and a description of the concern - we’re happy to assess potential resolutions on a case-by-case basis.
